First Impressions: Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel (3-Medium)

Hey guys! I am so excited to share today's post. Benefit Cosmetics recently released a huge collection of brow products, and I was able to try one of the products in the line in my most recent Birchbox. I've been a Benefit fan for years now, so whenever their is a new release I jump on it. I was excited to see that Benefit was expanding their brow line and revamping the packaging for some of their other products. The new packaging is so futuristic and cool.

I've grown to really enjoy playing with different brow looks and products recently. I used to be obsessed with waxing and having perfect brows, but as I've grown older, I've loved letting my brows grow out. I'm all about natural and thicker brows. I typically will fill in my brows with a brow pencil, and then finish it up with some setting gel.
Sample Size-Shade 3 Medium
Benefit's Gimme Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel in the shade 3-Medium is a total game changer. My natural brows are not very thick, so the volumizing fibers in this gel are life savers. They make my brows look thicker without looking too overdone, and the fibers don't budge once they are applied. The tint also looks really natural, and doesn't move or smudge at all. I've worn this outside and sweat like a pig, and this stuff held up and then some.
One of my favorite features of Gimme Brow is the small application wand. It is small enough to get into those small areas around the brow, and is incredibly precise. The wand also picks up just enough of the fibers to give a natural look. I've used fiber brow gels in the past that literally clump the fibers all together, and that was definitely not the problem with this one.
It comes in 3 colors; Light for platinum to light brown, Medium for ash brown to medium brown, and Deep for dark brown to black. I can also say from experience that the Medium shade is pretty universal, and works well with my red hair.

Benefit's Gimme Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel retails for $24.

  1. That seems great, and for me at least it is so hard to find a good brow product that goes well with red hair
